Home Visit / Measure

• TrueSource Cabinets will measure the space for cabinets.​

• TrueSource Cabinets will conduct a one-hour design meeting with customer to discuss project.​​

• ​TrueSource Cabinets will take digital photos of jobsite for future reference.​​​​

​

• Customer is encouraged to have pictures and notes to facilitate a productive design meeting.

Design

• TrueSource Cabinets will design space per customers’ requests, needs and space limitations.

​

• 20/20 Technologies Residential Design Software will be used to generate floor plans and renderings for
  the cabinet layout.​​

• Drawings are retained in our files and will become part of our contract.

​

• Upon confirmation of order, TrueSource Cabinets will release detailed dimensional drawings and
  renderings to customer.​​​

Review

• TrueSource Cabinets will conduct a one-hour design review meeting with customer at our showroom to discuss project and personally review designs.

​

• TrueSource Cabinets will assist customer with cabinet manufacturer, door style and color selection.​

• TrueSource to complete revisions as needed per customer input.

​

• TrueSource Cabinets will keep design on file for order or future reference.

Quote

• ​​TrueSource Cabinets designer will generate a written price quote for customer.​​

• The price quote will include the manufacture, door style, wood species, color and total price.​

Revisions

• ​TrueSource Cabinets will complete two design revisions for no additional charge.

• Customer agrees to pay TrueSource Cabinets $75.00 per hour for additional design work beyond the original design and two revisions.

Fee

• A non-refundable $250 fee is due prior to first home visit.

• The $250.00 design fee will be refunded with a $10,000.00 cabinet purchase (free design with purchase).

Guaranteed Lowest Price

• ​TrueSource Cabinets guarantees the lowest price on the same or similar cabinets with the use of the design service. TrueSource Cabinets, upon its discretion, will price match similar cabinets or refund your $250 design fee.​

• ​Price quote comparison must meet the following requirements to be considered.
  1. Quote must be on official company letterhead.
  2. Quote must include detailed cabinet info.
  3. Quote must come from company with a showroom open to public.
